So Liquorland is having a clearance of all their gift packs and also recently did all their stock take so right now is best time to buy!

All beer gift packs are $10 and their own brand Steamrail is $8! Each with 2 glasses and 4 beers.

There are also many more deals on hand, e.g. Bombay Sapphire gin same price but with a special glass. Orange jacket champagne cheaper than the plain bottle. Few assorted "trial" packs on cheap too, Baileys at some stores, Hendricks and Glenfiddich at most.

Disclaimer: I work at LL. I'm that guy that gets the close to code stuff as soon as it's on that mint deal. It's weird to have team mates that don't do that.

      Boronia, Bayswater, Vermont South, Rowville.
      You'd be better off hitting a LL that's a little lower foot traffic than Knox.

      To be honest most stores I've seen do not have stock, I would recommend calling before visiting. Its all around south east qld to my knowledge, YMMV.

    Nice. Does this mean these things have come on clearance cycle as of today? Figuring out whether it's worth hitting the several LL stores around me.

      I never thought you had cycles of clearance for non-perishable goods like alcohol. Not like beer ever goes outta fashion. Are these nearing expiry?

      100% depends on what goes past when. There's no moment it all goes down.
      Stock is marked down 30% with a month to go, 50% with two weeks and then 'cost' a week before. This is all subject to our floor limits though, I.e. we can't sell individual on their own beers for under $2. Illegal.

    Looks to be nation wide with stores that still have stock. My local liquorland was selling the gift packs at 2 for 25, and $10 for steam rail, out of stock now except for heineken (Kenmore QLD). First choice has similar prices on these gift packs, worth a look if you don't have a ll in your area.

    Also - steam rail tastes the best imo, but asahi and peroni have frosted glasses.

      I love the frosted glasses too! Good taste.
      The new promotion started on the 22nd of Jan so if you haven't checked since then and they still have stock they should be at $10.

      Call around, or ask your stores manager if they sent their stock somewhere. Lots of stores send their last couple to one store so they have everything. Easier to keep track of.

    we got the Peroni set from 1stchoice on weekend for $10 ..they had plenty of others aswell including a few Craft beer sets.

    Bombay Gin from what I can see is not a good deal. $40 bucks is normal price for the gin so essentially paying $15 for the fancy glass!

      Well ll doesn't have 1st choice prices, $55 is regular price for Bombay. It's on special for 45 ATM. Fair call.

    My local, Aberfoyle park SA only has steamrail for $9 no others. Really want the Asahi if anyone around Adelaide manages to find somewhere with them please advise :)

    Got 2 of the Asahi pack last week for a lazy tenner at my local. Not a week before the missus was saying she liked the aesthetics of the Asahi branded cups at bars, so when I saw it was the same cups, I picked up 2 packs for her to have a set of 4. She loves Asahi beer too, so I came off looking quite good tbh

    I have called my local store and they are selling Paroni for $15 instaed of $10.

    I dont know why there are different prices for different stores?

    edit: its just like buy beer ($3.49 each = 4*3.49 = $13.96/4 beers) and get free glasses

    First Choice in Braddon was doing this for Heineken, Asahi, Boags Premium and Steam Rail yesterday. $10.40 iirc and they had reasonable stock.

    Bought 2 peroni packs for $10 each. For WA bargainers, The ticekted price is $15 but when staff scanned, it scanned @ $10 each.

    They had a few steamrail and lots of asahi gift packs left at first choice carlingford (NSW) which were 10.90 each on a shelf where all the other beers were, and 5 or so packs of peroni left at liquorland telopea (NSW) which were $10 each sitting in a pile in the middle of the store.
