    Cheaper than anywhere else according to StaticIce, but……don't know why you'd pay that much for an external DVD writer.

    They have the Samsung SE-208DB for $43.50 which is only $29 at MSY. Have this burner myself and pull it out on the rare occasion when I still need to use a DVD for something.

      I plug mine in when I install Windows 8.1 after that it's pretty much unplugged.

        Yer I don't even do that any more. lol. Install it off a USB stick. Only pulled out the DVD drive recently to RIP a few of my old TV Series across to my Plex server.
