Yeah they make mistakes quite often it seems but I've never heard of them not fixing them so I guess you get cheap service at this price.

OP you are a legend. Not only was I finally able to get US PSN credit without dancing around with amazon nonsense etc, the exchange is absolutely cracking ($20 US credit for ~$23 AUD).
Compared to what I was seriously consider - $28 AUD for $20 US credit - which is around a 40% markup - that almost negates the savings for most games on US PSN anyway!!
The limit appears to be 2 x $10 Credits per IP address - keep that in mind and don't broden it.
Added 2 x credits to cart, paid with normal Paypal, no stupid fake names or accounts, email seconds later, added without issue, OPs a legend!
Last time there were a heap of invalid codes sent. They sorted it out for most I think, especially after issues were raised in reddit
