I was looking around for a cheap place to buy this game (for nostalgic reasons) and come across this for free.

I'd recommend the full version, when installing be sure to select the "Full web instillation" which is about 500mb as I first installed the "Mini web installation" but it doesn't have the game campaigns.
According to the website its free to download until EA says otherwise even though its not available through EA anymore.
Kind of a dupe as this is an old deal,
Also C&C and Tiberium Sun are freeware as well
