ShoppingExpress and PayPal

I made some purchases on SE's website using PayPal. SE is not answering tickets and out of 10 tries to get in touch with them via phone calls, only manage to get through one morning. They say they will send the package (Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD) but they still did not and the website tracking status still indicate that the package has yet to be processed. Lost faith in SE and just want to recover my costs.

Would like to know if a PayPal dispute can be raised for a non-delivery item or is PayPal dispute only limited to stuffs bought on eBay.

    How long ago did you purchase the item?
    Some businesses are just getting back into the routine after a holiday break and have some massive backlogs of orders to fill.
    I find emailing suppliers to be the best as you have proof in writing of the status quo. On the phone they can say anything to fob you off.
    I have found SE to be faster than most to supply so this does sound out of character.

  • I bought the ssd on 1st Jan. Should I give them longer time to process?

  • I bought mine on the 29/12 and they said mid last week it was ready to be shipped. It still hasn't been despatched, I'd be fine if they said they had to order more in but to say it was going out the next day and still nothing is a little sad. I'm going to wait a bit more before I get too worked up.
