I thought I would try the promo to check their coverage in my area - though it would be at no cost to me considering the promo. It turns out that after speaking to vaya they charge you for one month in advance, and the promotion was only for customers who do not disconnect within the first month. Looking at the promo details on the link it does not say the anywhere (in fact there are no additional promo details).
Additionally if you want to get your up front payment refunded you need to wait until the 7th of the month as they are only able to consolidate accounts every month, ever for a closed account. They will also not automatically refund my unused credit without me calling and waiting on hold.
Sorry but I am disappointed.
