I tried some orders for QLD and NSW and they gave free delivery.
WA/perth works also -according to Trent86
there is probably a remote locations exclusion.
the flyer on the 1st choice website states free delivery with orders over $150 (beers + RTD's excluded)
not sure of the finish date -but indicated by Trent86 that it is today
