  • Are these good? Anyone used them before and had any issues? Cheers.

    • My 32GB Kogan died within 3 months of getting it, during my holidays. Lucky I backed up my pictures onto USB HDD at the time or else I'd be crying. Seriously though - if you treasure your pictures and movies from whatever device you want to put this into, then spend the little bit more and buy a Sandisk/Samsung/Kingston branded one that does last quite a while longer.
Was going to return this but the process is too hard and cant be bothered to do so since I got it on special for $20 nearly a year ago. Really do not recommend Kogan branded (anything)..

    • me not

Read: 20MB/s Write 10MB/s. No thanks….. People are better off spending a few dollars more for a Samsung Evo or equivalent.

  • Just a feedback, I bought 32gb sometimes ago, after few months, died with all my data inside.
Complained and they send me new one for free. But now I m not risking to use Kogan brand again. EVER

    • I would never store data in an "unbranded" medium, unless I am prepared to lose it. Who knows where Kogan gets their chips from.

      • my kingston micro sd card just died in my phone. that being said, i bought it from an electronics mall in malaysia. it just might have been fake

        • Not saying branded cards never fail. Just that unbranded or rebadged cards are more likely to fail. Kingston used to be popular for counterfeit, so who knows.

      • Yeah especially selfie photos on mobile phone…
