        Not really sure what the issue is. Is there something wrong with authors using ozbargain as a way to promote/market their FREE ebooks? Am I missing something?

        If this were a bad deal, fair enough, but this literally costs $0.
        Maybe a little time to download, but if you don't want it, don't download it.

        Agree, 30minutes copy paste research for 30page infomercial leaflets does not an author make.

        I laugh at all the journos that talk about how digital is just such a massive boon, but they forget the dregs that come with low barriers to entry. This free self e-publishing craze is just getting annoying.

        @illumination: Very simple, it takes up space and hides other deals, and encourages other spammers who contribute nothing to the site. They hit and run

        Using your argument to the other degree ,anyone could post anything and people here just pick and choose what they want.

        BTW after downloading some of this junk, and finding some of it, like the ebola recommendations, are actually ill considered and could be dangerous.

        Most could be had free by just looking afew google posts or wikipedia.

  Still free in US. I don't think the Au accounts were ever $0.

  Plus they all (except the last one Tomas Martin with Brain Training) have generic sounding names. Could be coincidence but it's very very similar.
