Would this pass x-ray at an airport? I was thinking the box cutter part may cause an issue.

It is 100% TSA-Approved for airplane use, making it could fly worldwide :)

      • Totally missed that in your post!

        • Great idea. We will make it bold ~

I can see this being confiscated very quickly, despite your claims!

        • +2

Yep, sometimes I think unscrupulous agents (say only 2% of them are rotten apples) deliberately mislead or just confiscate a nice item just because they want it.

It's just taken/handed over. No receipt, no paper trail. Collected in bins and hauled off to auction.

Wouldn't be surprised is around 10% of the items are pocketed by agents.

@adamren: I had a brand new pack of 40 AA batteries confiscated once. Reason given: "They look like bullets on the x-ray machine" - what a load of rubbish! But I didn't feel like a body cavity search that day, so I didn't make a fuss.

@greenie4242: Friend had a $300 bottle of wine confiscated in Europe, because that country didn't allow alcohol imports. He was just passing through..

        • @greenie4242: and I just had a 110mL bottle taken off me (10mL over limit). Really?

        • @greenie4242: …sooo what does do you feel like one?

Reminds me, another rule of thumb, open packages you're going to open anyways. Seems like they wanted some free batteries.

        • @tomkun01: Europe!? Wow, which country? $1 bets they drank it after stealing it, all the while giggling like hyenas and cracking jokes about stupid Aussies and overly compliant travelers.

        • @adamren: IIRC, Germany. Would have been a few years ago, though.

  • How long should we expect for delivery?

    • Well,in full stock for the moment. But hot for the price ,first come first shipped .:)

  • I'll pick one up - see how it is.

Just FYI the special price doesn't show up on an iPhone. Works fine with Firefox on a PC.

Hehe noticed that and was going to say something but thought I'd see if anyone else noticed.

Clicked on other pages and it's got the same type of crappy copyediting all over. Horrendous.
