If he can't unlock them anymore, your best bet is to source cheap Telstra $30 sim kit, using credit me2u to one sim and ask Telstra to unlock it for $100. Also in this week, Woolies is running promo where you can get the $30 sim kit for $1 if you buy $30 worth of grocery with them, so I guess what you could do is buying $120 worth of grocery and get 4 sim kit, credit all the money to one sim and get them unlock for $4, lol.
$20 on eBay apparently.

be aware this phone needs a microSD card as it only has <2gb of spare space… & make sure it detects, the quality of nokia phones are not the best these days (but its one of the best at this price point) - keep the receipt! YOU WILL NEED IT

Suddenly nobody can unlock them. What happened?Most likely, his man on the inside either isnt with Telstra or isnt able to access the codes any more.
Need help in unlocking my Nokia Lumia 530 - Locked with Telstra and still struggling in getting the unlock code within $20.
