I am not an android user and so I have not use this offer. But thought I should share it.
Free but you will still need to use Getflix, unblock-us etc to bypass geoblock restriction.

that doesnt help with getting the app from the store, only after when access hulu content
Just Google Hulu Plus APK. Download and install the APK.
Great on a burner but seriously people, don't install random APK's on your Android.
Not sure why someone down voted me.
Here's how you get the app safely:
1. VPN to USA
2. Incognito/Private mode on your browser (assuming you're logged into Google account already)
3. Browse to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hulu.plus&…
4. Log in - may be challenged for 2-factor
5. Install to your devices
6. The app will be pushed
If you download it from other sources then 2.17.2.202135 is the latest version and the checksums are:
SHA-1 8f3b573d9b030727fbc1780b57a8f9d52fc76c97

Hulu is available in US and Japan currently I think
Indeed-unlike Netflix, Hulu's announced its intentions to launch in more countries.
My Acer B1-A730 bought from Domayne had the Hulu app preinstalled.
After setting up it plays fine on Android phone but when you try to send to Chromecast it says you need to pay for a Hulu Plus subscription. The adverts during the shows are darn annoying(seems like a handful of adverts in continuous rotation).
Reading the comments on that site there seems to be a bit of confusion.
Hulu have always shown the newer episodes of shows on their website.
Hulu Plus (subscription) allows you to watch all episodes on the website.
I think the Hulu App has only been for Hulu Plus subscribers but looks like non-subscribers can now access what you have able to get on the website on the app? If so the big + is being able to cast to Chromecast.
As a sidenote, some 80s shows are only available on the website (Knight Rider, A-Team) but not on the app (even for subscribers). Not sure why.
