Most of the products sold by BuyMeStuff Retailers will come with the Manufacturer warranty with possibly some exceptions. Surface pro 3 will come with the Manufacturers warranty. You can also check the retailers information on returns and warranty by clicking on the information icon next to the retailer logo on the product page. All the retailers selling through BuyMeStuff are Australian local Retailers with the option of pickup as well.
I think people that are spending $1000 might be inclined to pay a bit more for a more reputable store in case something goes wrong some time down the line. Not necessarily doubting 'buymestuff' but I've never heard of it. The site does look pretty legit though with light research albeit no reviews.
