I got this in my e-mail yesterday, I did use it today without issue, I believe it is a generic code that can be re-used until, if not on the date listed but not really sure 100%… in any rate if not, please accept my apologies and close this deal.
Thanks.

people still use video stores?
no, which is why they are doing this :P
They must.
most of the civic stores in Brisbane are closed
So let me get this straight. You walk into a building, select a video that is stored on a physical medium off a shelf, hand over some cash (or in this case no cash), take the video home, watch the video and then take it back? Fascinating concept, it might catch on some time (maybe last century).
Can i redeem this through my media centre
Is this a competitor to iTunes Video or something?
Ah brings back memories to the good old days - that excitement when entering a video store and browsing for the movie of the night. Don't miss those late fees though!
It was good but now you can watch ANYTHING you want online much much better and i dont have to return the damn thing the next day.
Lately everytime I go to my local Civic Video I am dissappointed by the quality of the new releases… seems like they're just churning out movies without a soul… in other words, the movies are crap.
Anyway, I too would not even bother going to a physical DVD store because its more convenient to get it any movie you want on demand, I predict in less than 10 years video stores will be gone.Aren't most movies today crap anyways?
My father had 4 CV stores at 1 stage. Now there are none in our area. There was good money in it, than Pay TV came, not too mention other stores opening in the area.
Ahh Civic Video. I remember the good old days where I used to rent NES games and play on their arcade machine after school.
now problem is finding a branch …
