Did you run out of codes or did Telstra get their lawyers on you?

If you got the sim packs at $8 for $30 Telstra credit from recent HN deal, and if it only cost $50 from Telstra to unlock, it would only be about $14 real money via Telstra. Lots of ifs though, not interested in unlocking myself. Though I'm sure the ozbargainers that take advantage of using Telstra sim packs probably wouldn't be interested in unlocking either.

So far we know boost sim works without unlocking and aldi does not. Telechoice is the last option.

So far it does not appear anyone can unlock it except for Telstra. Telstra charges $100 to unlock if phone is less than 6 months old and $27.50 if more than 6 months old.
Thanks Aaron. I have been following it up with them, let me see what else can be done, meanwhile, if anybody, gets any news/link on unlocking within $20 to $25, then please let me know.
So far I know is $40 which I feel is expensive.
