GTA IV: Complete Edition Includes: Grand Theft Auto IV and the episodes – The Lost and Damned & The Ballad of Gay Tony.

    Limited space in title so it was specified in both the tag & the body of the message, also the digital download of this game ("complete" edition) is only available on PC - but I'll try to re-word it for you.

    I wonder if this is related to all the "violence against women" hype surrounding the new game, I know big names like Target & K-Mart have been (apparently) pulling it from the shelves because of all the #GamerGate stuff.

    Nah, it's the Amazon side, it's all to do with "taxes". Amazon normally only requires that the "billing address" be in the US.
