but why would they pricematch paypal coupon? they might match $599, but is that ok for you?

I'm wondering as the Good Guys docket is showing $599 (not the $479 I paid) as it looks like the 20% off is covered by eBay/Paypal whether if a deal comes up in the next 30 days which is below $599, we can also get the 30 day price match guarantee?

Anyone got any email saying they have stock yet?
Apparently not so good guys, advised by phone today delivery could take 3 to 4 weeks when delivery was to be 11th, they do not have any of the colors in stock still the ad today at a higher price states delivery between 8 to 12. Bunch of Liars.!
I spoke to them today and they told me Monday or Tuesday they are expecting delivery (Alexandria NSW store). This is probably in the delivery window for when I ordered it, although I don't have much faith.
They are still listing their ebay store as having stock, which they obviously don't have. I'm tempted to lodge a complaint with fair trading, although it's possibly too early.
I called up today and was advised they're out of stock and it'll be 7-10 days. :(
But it seems like they can't even get their story straight…telling everyone different stories.
That's what you get for spending money in aus. Sad but true. If it was an overseas seller it'd be DHLed to you already!
Regret not getting this phone now :(. Would have been a good upgrade from the S3 since I can sell that easily for $200. Had a play with one at JB tonight, really nice. Big but screen is awesome and felt great in the hand.

Same issue here regarding no stock. Really disappointing. Was initially advised by the store that was allocated my order that they had no idea when they would be getting stock. Rang around and other store who are all out of stock. Spoke to head office who offered a refund, however I said no as I can't get another one for $485 elsewhere. Got back in touch with my store who then said they are expecting it next week, later in the week. I won't hold my breath, so will ring them during the week for an update. Delivery range was 5-11 Dec so happy to wait until then, would just he nice to have a firm ETA from the supplier.
Update: my store has said today (went in store) that the ETA for delivery to them is the 7th. Obviously won't deliver on a Sunday so Monday it should turn up there. Will phone them Tuesday morning to follow up. Looks like the initial staff member made an error and the delivery between 5-11 Dec is correct. Shame that one person can create an issue, but at least it looks promising now.

Good to here. GoodGuys are usually pretty good with delivery from my previous experience.
Would love to hear which store it is from so that all other buyers could then take it up for their own purchases.
I was just told by the head office call centre that the store I ordered from (Alexandria NSW) would not be getting stock until "next week".
The excuse for having no stock (despite displaying plenty in the ebay store) was that the ebay sale was not syncing with the warehouse, which is either incompetence or deliberate deception. My current phone is dying - I wouldn't have ordered from them if I'd known it would be such a debacle.
I called up today and was told they would arrive by tomorrow. Castle Hill NSW.

I called up this morning. Was told that the supplier has dispatched it and it was supposed to arrive last week. They don't seem to have a tracking number to find out where it is.
Getting awfully tired of the run around.
I cancelled my order last week. Ended up buying from DWI I think - got the 32gb/3gb model. Grey import but not worth the hassle of dealing with TGG.
Have you got yours yet? how long does it take to ship?
Still keen on 2 year Australian manufacturers warranty and GST back from TRS. Will give TGG another couple of days to sort themselves out.

I went with DWI for the price but was very tempted by Expansys, which was about $30 more. I ordered a Nexus 5 from there for a gift, purchased it Friday and it arrived monday.
One of their guys told me the shipment is delayed because of the strike.

Called up Bankstown they said it's expected to arrive tomorrow or Wednesday. This is despite the fact they told me it would come today. Will check back on Wednesday.

Called up today told no delivery yet. That it should come later today or Thursday. Apparently they were told on Monday that the product was in transit from the manufacturer to the store.

Finally got my LG G3. Bankstown still had no stock on Friday. I called up and they told me will try to find a store nearby with stock and Campbelltown only had one left. I picked it up from Campbelltown.
Good luck to those still waiting because they are still waiting on delivery from the manufacturer.
What a joke.I cancelled my order a while ago and reordered from DWI. I've had it for nearly a week now and it's the 3gb/32gb version. Really nice phone, am very happy with it. Not so much with TGG

Hi Meteorite, I got it from DWI - I'm on Telstra in Sydney. I'm not sure about 2G, as I can't recall the phone diverting over to 2G, but it seems 3G and 4G are working fine.
