My order from last time shows as awaiting courier pick up but on the right side there are few buttons click on track my order and it shows as being in Brisbane on Saturday.
I just get a blank new tab if I press that in chrome or ie. Which browser are you using.
I'm using Chrome as well as Firefox on both android mobile and windows notebook. It takes me directly to DHL uk's website with the tracking info.

I don't think the $20 voucher applies to the $1/$2 sale items just the items on the page which have up to 20% off when clicking that banner. Bit confusing but I could be wrong.

1st order was cancelled without even an email (28deg CC payment removed).
They have a max # of items in an order apparently, but they dont make it obvious so, bye bye order #1.
How many items did you put in the first order I had 16 when it should have been 6. The 2nd order I placed yesterday with most of this threads items has 26 and is currently processing

On my email it states multiple of, so $200 gets 2 vouchers/$40. They need more info on this, ie how many multiples of/limits.
That sounds like multiples of $100 rather than $50, which suggests the $10 off $50 is not active

I think it's fairly clear that when an online store says you can buy up to 24 items at $1 each with a flat shipping fee of $10 whether you buy 1 item or 24 items, it is not most economic to buy just one $1 item

If you don't receive the products anytime you purchase something with a credit/debit card or items are not as described you can commence a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
All up including shipping grabbed 50 pairs of socks, some aqua shoes for myself and the missus, and pool shoes for myself and the missus. Not confident in receiving it,but great value if I do. If I struggle to find a pair of socks after this, I deadset give up.

Their shipping is very slow and cant tracking my last two orders since 22/11/2014.
It should take up to 3 weeks, and maybe longer since it is the Christmas rush now. You can't expect something shipped from overseas to come here within a week. My tracking code says it is dispatched from England, so not expecting this to arrive before Christmas.
Not a valid reason to neg this deal!
