As far as I know, after the ING 5% back 6 month period, I'm supposed to get 2%.
Since 1st of Nov, my 5% suddenly just stopped, and no 2% after that either. Is anyone having the same problem?

did you deposit the required amount last month? if you look in your account under participating offers it will show what rebate you are currently getting
I had the 5% before they brought in the $1000 requirement for the 2% after the 6m.. i dont need to deposit any minimum amount to get the 2% as it was not required at time i got the 5% (if that last sentence makes sense lol)
Good for you but of course they can change the T&Cs at will.
Uh ok so I missed the $1000 deposit part.
Looks like I probably won't bother keeping it then.it's still a good account at 2% rebate, better than anything you would get from the big 4 banks. you can also get 4% interest for the maximiser account. again, better than most banks and comparable to ubank.
if i transfer $1001 to savings maximizer, will that count towards getting the free atm access and 2% rebate on the everyday account?

Are you depositing $1000 or more per month into the account? That's one of the conditions to receive 2%.
