I'm not sure if most of us here can actually get this deal. I just tried to buy XCOM: Enemy Within (another 2K game) and got this message:
We cannot complete this order because you must use a U.S. billing address and a credit or debit card issued by a U.S. bank to buy a game or software download on Amazon.com.
I bought Metal Gear Rising at the same time without any issues. We all know the billing address trick but it seems some games also require a US card. 2K has a history of ripping off Australians so it doesn't surprise me that they've cracked down on Amazon purchases.

Give yourself an amazon gift card and it will work. That's what I do for music. You also need to delete your credit card off your account once you have your gift card to make it work… You can put it back on later.
Worked for me. Connected to Amazon via a VPN, logged into my normal account. Used my Amex with the Billing address as my freight forward address in the US. Got Code!
Did the same - but used the gift card method. Code received and claimed.

Considering how new this game is, seems like a real good price. Not ready to lose that much time yet though.
