      my experience with them is they a bit shifty putting through some transactions while refusing to recognise others I always go through their site click on eBay link sign in and go from there they allow others while some don't show up in my account I have emailed them and they never got back to me

        Andrew here from Cash Rewards, I'm surprised no-one got back to you, we pride ourselves on our customer support.

        OzB's can also PM me here with any issues and as a number of Oz'B will attest we do sort out customer issues that arise.

        We are currently working with slow paying stores and have reached agreement with many of our most popular stores to speed up payments and so will have much faster payment time in the near future.

        They have been good at responding except for a recent query. It's been many months and it still remains unresolved. My last communication from them was over two months ago. Sent them a follow up email a month later and another recently (possibly last week) and still no response. Not even a "we're still working on it".

      No, it is kind of a referral credit, you have to go to the Cash Rewards site (https://www.cashrewards.com.au/) and then click on the store link and proceed with shopping to get the cashback. Store pays them and they pass on some % to us.

      No in- store cashrewards as yet, however this is coming.

      For now though you can buy Woolworths Gift Cards at 5% discount and use them in-store at supermarkets , petrol stores and at all Woolworths stores like Masters, BigW, Thomas Dux etc.

      This way you can save 5% on everything you buy at Woolworths with physical gift cards or get the cards delivered by email.

      And if you buy online with a gift card at say Dan Murphy's you can save an additional amount with cashback atm 9% Dan's or Masters 2% on top of the 5% gift card saving.

      e.g this weekend at Dan Murphy's you can save a massive 14% this way when you purchase wine online through Dan Murphys/cashrewards simply by starting at cashrewards with your discounted gift card purchased previously through cashrewards

    So you can use wish gift cards in Apple store (inside a Westfield sc) to get another 5% off? We can use wish gift cards for Apple and Jeans West! dont even know that.

      You but a Wish Card at 5% discount. You purchased Westfield gift cards from Woolworths. Use Westfield vouchers at Apple or Jeans West. In this case it can be combined with Cash Rewards.

      Dan Murphy's online accepts Wish Cards so you can claim both Cash Rewards and 5% discount via Wish Card.

  Be warned, I've been waiting for my Microsoft Store cashback from CashRewards since end of August. I don't think it's coming. i bought it properly but they said they can't confirm it with Microsoft for whatever reason.

    Dans was increased on Wednesday of this week to 9% on wine increased until Sunday and will drop back to 7% midnight Sunday.

    It was around 9% earlier in the year however was reduced in July.

        Typically its been 60 to 75 days for Dan's however we have agreement to get this reduced and this will come into effect shortly. Yours should be around 60 days we hope.

        The stores check a few things such as fraudulent credit cards etc apart from if a refund/return has occurred, during the approval process.

    For the Iconic you will need to be a new customer of the Iconic and not use a coupon to get the 16%

    Here's the rates;

    The Iconic New Customer: 16.00%
    The Iconic Existing Customer: 10.00%
    New customer using a coupon not advertised on Cash Rewards: 2.00%
    Existing customer using a coupon not advertised on Cash Rewards: 1.00%
    New customer using a coupon advertised on Cash Rewards: 4.80%
    Existing customer using coupon advertised Cash Rewards: 3.20%

  Can never get this to work for some reason. Purchases on eBay and Surfstitch within the last couple of months aren't even showing as pending. Cookies enabled, all other browser windows/tabs closed, don't navigate away, etc. Still nothing. :/

      Might have for one of them, but has definitely been attempted from home as well. Using Safari on Yosemite at the moment, I'll try a different browser next time, see if that helps. Only other thing I can think of is if any extensions would somehow be causing issues. Thanks anyway.

    Yes you right some retailers accept both and some don't and sometimes it just depends on the specific coupon used and where the coupon that was used comes from i.e was the coupon meant to be exclusive for a chosen few or was it a public coupon. Coupons advertised on the retailers site or advertised on cashrewards will work for cashback.

    Its really hard to keep on top of this so our policy at cashrewards is to tell our customers
    'If you use a coupon code that is not listed on cashrewards, rewards MAY not be payable'

    Having said that I'd say more often than not you can use a coupon and you will earn cashrewards on top however we can't guarantee this.

    In any event if the coupon savings are greater or more immediate than the cashback there is nothing to lose and only to gain by still starting your purchase from clicking through cashrewards links.

    Average time is around 45 days though varies from store to store and some travel retailers don't approve until 'consumption' i.e after you've stayed at the hotel , in case you cancel before you stay.
