    do you have to complete payment to get the price reduce? i have tried to apply the PAYPAL code in the check out promo code area but prompt to complete transaction for the promotion to apply.

      actually it's not "literally 25% off"…
      because the lowest priced item is half price.
      so unless both items are the exact same price, it's actually less than 25%.
