Those of you who were lucky enough to grab the Heathcote Shiraz recently might like to try the Cabernet. Premium wine for a bargain price. RRP $33/bottle and the closest I can find selling this wine right now is $29.70 in any dozen here http://www.heathcotewinehub.com.au/shop/shelmerdine-cabernet…. It seems to be sold out everywhere else.

    Heathcote + Cab Sav = no. It's purely a Shiraz region.

      Shelmerdine is on the granite/metamorphic country at Tooborac. The Shiraz' of Heathcote tend to be on the sediment/alluvial country.
