    Hi Rep,

    Great prices and service.

    I previously purchased a Citizen Mens Dress AP4011-01W in June.

    What is Citizen like on warranty of the watch band?

    I've worn it about 15 times Max, I found the canvas material wearing away from the stitching near the lug. It's a poor design as the corner gets frayed very easily and then wears out/loosens the stitching.

    Any chance of warranty or replacement of the band. If it was replaced with an identical band, I doubt it would last either due to the design.

    I'm not expecting too much from a $99 watch, as the watch itself is great, but the band is very poorly designed. I see all the watches on sale today doesn't have the same design issue.

    Rep, are you guys taking part in Amex's Small Shop promotion? Just bought a Citizen Men's Dress BM8475-00F, paid with Amex and got my email from them - and I haven't bought anything else with it today! If so, you might want to update the deal to mention it, you'll get even more people on board - if you're buying a $99 watch it's another 10% off :D

    Another small note to look at, you've got some minor problems with the HTTPS implementation on your checkout page. Nothing that compromises the security, but the browser shows a warning icon instead of a fully secure icon because several forms on the page (not the CC form) submit data to non-HTTPS URLs. You should probably get that fixed up ;)

        I'm referring to this deal. The deal is $10 statement credit for any purchase over $20, once per card per merchant. That I got an email notification from Amex suggests that you are; the statement credit will show up in a few days normally, so then I'll be sure.

      Its near impossible to get anything in the GA100 or 110 series below $100. Digitals are a lot easier. Please keep an eye out for more deals on G-Shocks next year. Thanks

    When I placed my order today I chose Register instead of Guest. I subsequently received email confirmation of my order but I could not login to my account because my password was not recognised. When I requested another password it said my email address is not on your records! How will I learn when I can pickup at the office? I don't want the watch shipped because I wish to retain an element of surprise.

        Thanks for your quick response. Are you able to offer it at a more competitive price than overseas? Black Friday is on and amazon is having free shipping (for over $100) but I would rather buy locally. Also according to Google, both the hands and the glossy yellow markers are luminous. The white hour markers and the second hand are not.
