I ordered on 23 Nov. Left Uk 25 Nov, got to Germany on 2 Dec, Singapore on 3 Dec, Australia 4 Dec. Australia Post delivered on the 11 Dec. go to the sports direct website and you can click on track item. All the tracking is on the DHL website
i can't track mine. i click on the link and it goes to a blank page :(
Not all the orders went through DHL. Some orders including mine went through some company called Omni. My previous experience with DHL is their tracking system seemed better.

Placed my second order on 3 December. It is still awaiting courier pick up at Sports Direct. Have made a couple of enquiries but have had no replies.
its the luck of the draw if you get a tracking number or not. My order I made on 1 dec never got one but for order on 4 dec I got one. I know both have shipped because they took the money.
I've made three orders and never got sent one. But I've found if you just go to contact them and set the subject as "where is my order?" you get a near immediate email back with your tracking number as others have found so far.
Finally got my order(30 shirts) after 3 weeks or so, the quality of the shirts are ok and large size is abit bigger then what I'm use to but not by much. That said, I dont recommend these for workout, I tried today and they dont breathe very well at all due to the material and elastic around the neck and arms(really tight around my arms, which makes the fit abit strange). I'm happy with the purchase, great shirts for around the house and i'll try running in them next week.

I only buy if they have PayPal. No credit card payments. I've had good experience with PayPal recovering eBay payments in the past
It seems like there customer service is very poor. They respond sometimes and sometimes not.
How long do we wait until we contact paypal advising them that we have not received a shipment?
When did you order? Mine was on the 26th of November and received 12th December. So about 16 days. I'd give it at least 20 days, in this case I'd even wait longer since it's such a good deal, it's not a premium shipping service and they haven't been promising you should already have it.
Yes their customer service seems pretty poor. Probably one of the reasons it's so cheap.

Just make sure you put in the order number and you should get a working tracking number back.
My first order took about 11 days. It was placed on 22 November. Second order was placed on 3 December and is still waiting courier pick up at there end. I have contacted them, via the website, about 3 times without any response. 11 days already and parcel hasn't even left their warehouse.
Has your credit card or PayPal Ben charged? My status still says awaiting courier pick up but its already on its way to Sydney as I'm tracking it
Yes. They have taken the money for the order. I cannot track my order as I do not have a tracking number from them.
They only charge on dispatch it seems so I think it should be on its way. I made 2 orders one on 1 dec and other on 4 dec. I only got tracking for 4 dec and its on its way. I tried and tried and still can't get tracking for my 1 dec order. I think give it 3 weeks and it should get to you….eventually

If you've ever been into their high street store in the UK it is stuffed with stock…the rails are overflowing and attempting to manoeuvre a pushchair in the store is literally impossible. Basically they have tons and tons of stock.
Wow, I've never heard the term "pushchair" used before, so I looked that up only to find out that it is a pram. The things you learn.

it seems you cant order more than 24 items of the cheap ($1) items.We also had some $20-40 jackets too so we didnt exceed the 24.
I got a TAPOUT jacket (UFC lifestyle apparel)that had a sale tag of 25 pounds,and some ferrari stickers and keychain,all were official stuff and good quality,the stickers were even thick so they will last,Everlast thongs ($2) which felt plasticy at first but after a day they feel almost like my nike thongs ($40).i got my neighbour in on it too thats why we all threw in for quicker delievery,it even came a day b4 they said it would when mum rang up.
Got my second order today, purple, aqua and white T-shirts, all 100 cotton. Exactly what I ordered.

what are the 100% cotton, the V-neck or the plain ones? They both are described to be 100% cotton in the website though

For anyone who thinks their clothes from SportsDirect are too big, I suggest a cold wash cycle to remedy the problem. My shirts seem to have shrunk a size and it doesn't look like I am wearing a really short dress.

Obviously a problem at SD though as I didn't get what I ordered. Sizes were ok, but colors were completely different to what I ordered.

Try your omni tracking number with A. Post, might have gone through. Once A. Post picks them up, that tracking number works with them.
2nd order went in 3/12, arrived 22/12.

The delivery status on their website is not accurate. Mine arrived yesterday even though it remained as "Awaiting courier pickup".
I got my second order before Christmas and it still says 'awaiting courier pickup'.
Can't remember exactly how long it took to arrive but was definately over 2 weeks. There is probably a delay because of the Christmas break.

They finally replied with a tracking number.
Looks like my parcel is going round in circles.
Was at Sunshine West on the 24th. For whatever reason, was sent to Golden Squares (wherever that is) on the 29th, only to be sent back to Sunshine West on the 30th.
If it doesn't get delivered today, next Monday will be the earliest (with NY coming up, and no Aus Post services until then). That is if it doesn't get sent to Timbuktu.

Got my parcel today from the PO. All items are right, but something seems peculiar on the Polo Top range. Had 2 different "S" size.

Just got my shipment of 26 items. Shorts are good sizes. But shirts and polos are all too big.
I went off the measurements on their site and even measured myself before I ordered.
The site told me I'm XL but now that I try them they look like parachutes on me! Very frustrated.
Lucky I got a polo that was Large just because I thought "let's try that size". Guess what, it's the only one that fits!
Wash them and they will probably be right, shrinks a hell of a lot. I bought XL, but after wash I should have gotten 2XL
