It's a dollar off the regular price, yes?
Also, the average WRITE speed is 10-11.5mb/s. I bought this one for $29.99 and the read and write speeds are comparable (having it in my Surface Pro 3 and running steam from it. 10mb/s is a PAIN when trying to load Civilization V from the SD card!)
You have an SSD in your pro 3 and you're opting to run Civ5 off an SD card??
Fair point! I have a work-issued 64gb i3, but I can run everything off the SD (and take it with me when I return the device)…. but you are right. I should just install Steam onto the actual C:.
Even still, 10mb/s is PAIN compared to 250mb/s :P
this one might be better but the 16gb version has sub 12MB/s writes speed
