Metro energy solar installation

Hi I have signed a a contract on 3rd October 2014 with Metro Energy from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/153681
I have transferred 10% deposite as per the contract . Since then I have tried to communicate with them several times through email and phone and they are not responding at all. Couple of times their representative received phone and email me back that they will install solar next week but that next week never comes.
I have left several msg, several emails and texts and no response at all from Metro Energy group
I really want them to install solar without any delay. If they can't how to get the deposit back?
Can any one tell me what should I do, where to complain?
I am really sorry to disturb you guys and I also don't know whether it is appropriate to post this on forum or not.

    Had the same stuff around with ours when we got it from Energy Aust. First they allocated it to a co in the wrong state then some cheap & shonky mob eventually arrived to do the job from 160k k away.
    They advertise these "deals" then shop around to find someone to do the install for as cheap as possible.
    Ours took about 6 weeks.
    Good luck.
    Best to use a local reputable co even if it costs more.
    Thoroughly check the benefits of getting solar as with the very low fit's being offered now it can be a waste of a lot of money.

    I had awful trouble trying to get in touch with Metro back in 2012 when they listed a few specials - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/metroenergygroup.com.au . It seems that not much has changed since then.

    I ended up giving up on them and went with True Value Solar instead. Was very happy with the kit I got from TVS.

    Mate no installation date is mentioned on the contract. Half an hour ago metro solar representative contact me and told they will install it on 24th November.
    I think due to Ozbargain they were forced to act.
    I am truely great full to Ozbargain.
    See how it's goes with the installation
    I will update if any other drama starts

      make sure you are personally home for the install!
