This game is a prologue/tech demo I thought it was worth it for $11.99. You have to be a PlayStation Plus Member I'm pretty sure though otherwise it's a 30% discount not %60.

is this worth 11.99$? i thought it was just a demo…
The main mission is the prologue to MGS V. Whether or not it will be on the disc when The Phantom Pain eventually comes out is unclear. That mission will take you about 2 hours. There are also a bunch of side missions that will take about another 6 or so hours. There are also collectables and easter eggs to find, if you want to. If you are an MGS fan, you'll have hours of fun just messing around in the sandbox and figuring out different ways to accomplish the missions. In my opinion, it's totally worth the price.

Nope, only the AU ever has sales. The US PSN sometimes increases prices for a weekend, if that interests you.
Even better, if you buy it at the lower price before it increases for the weekend, they offer you the option to pay the difference, so you can pay the weekend prices!
This is getting close to my buy in point.. which is a further $11.99 away.
