not as spectacular as the resident evil deal though D:

    • That's true. The prices for the Layton games are pretty decent though.

Thanks! Finished Miracle Mask about a week ago. I might pull the trigger on the Azran Legacy so I can continue my routine of puzzle solving before bed :D

Bought Azran Legacy immediately, never seen it below $50~ at JB/EB so this is a bargain, cheers OP!

There's the one from The Gamesmen for $30.36 with the 20% eBay toy voucher, but this price is better.

      • Yep, that's what I bought. Wish I'd waited.

    F1 2011 3DS is $3.71.

  • Are these AU or EU versions? just wondering about Club Nintendo points

    • AU versions.

    • +1

F1 2011 is a UK version. If an item is an import version, it is stated in its title, (PAL Version) (UK Version) etc.

      Ta,
      BTB

      • Am I right in assuming that UK version games are playable in Australia since both are in PAL?

        • +1

          Yep.

  • What I never understood is why they penalise you for buying more than 1 item.
    Shipping 1 item = 2.95 = 2.95 per item.
    Shipping 2 items = 6.95 = 3.475 per item.

Not exactly a great strategy to get customers to buy more.

    • Buy separately?

    • +6

      Evening leonheart1,

When we ship a single item it is shipped via standard post. If a multiple item order, or bulky order is placed, it is shipped via E-Parcel, which being trackable is a service is a bit more expensive.

If you only want to place an order for 2 units, and are happy for it to ship via a non trackable service, whilst a little annoying, placing separate orders would save you a some cash.

Funnily enough, it would actually save us some money too as it would cost us less to send 2 x single games, than it does to send 1 e-parcel consignment.

      Cheers,
      BTB.

Why not give us the option? Im sure some would prefer the parcel, and some would prefer cheap shipping! That way everyone wins.

        • We have considered having separate shipments as a shipping option. We'll look into this, and see if it can be implemented easily.

          Cheers,
          BTB!

  • @danali any chance of more stock for Rhythm Thief?

    • Sorry for the late response defier. Unfortunately this title is discontinued. We can not source any further stock.

      Apologies!

  • The last (and only) time I ordered from Beat the Bomb, one of the Wii U games was not in the original plastic wrapping but re-shrink-wrapped. Their re-shrink-wrapping kinda crushed the cheapo eco-case that Wii U games come in now. :/

Needless to say, it was super disappointing. What are everybody else's experience? Should I give them another go?

    • Always been really good and quickly shipped. They usually slip in a piece of cardboard to stop my games getting crushed in the mail. AU Nintendo game are not usually sealed from any distributor. I think you just got unlucky.

    • Hey Lint,

Our policy has always been to shrinkwrap any products which do not come factory sealed. The majority of Australian Nintendo products are not factory sealed so we do shrink wrap them ourselves before shipping. The only time we'll ever remove a factory wrap from a product is if a disk is rattling in its case. We'll then place the disc back on its disk holder, and re shink wrap the game/dvd.

We have always received appreciative feedback from customers re this policy. We are not in any way try to deceive anyone. Its just something we've always done to protect the product before you receive it.

If you would prefer not to have your products shink wrapped just let us know via email.

Having said all this, quick word of warning. We had so many 3DS games to ship our today, we didn't have time to shrinkwrap them all, so the majority of you are going to receive games as we receive from our wholesaler.

Apologies for the long winded response :)

      Cheers,
      BTB!

  • Snapped up Azran Legacy, been hanging for a good price! Thanks OP!

  • How is the review from anyone played the Azran Legacy? Is it better than the Miracle Mask?
