Here, let me try to explain it a little.
The way the bug works is that you have to have 1 or more items selected for 'Click & Collect' and 1 or more items selected for 'Delivery'.
Let's use your items as an example.
We add a PS4 console for 'Click & Collect' $465.8 and a controller for 'Delivery' $79.98 bringing the total to $545.78 prior to the discount. 10% of that is $54.58
Now, what happens here is that the 10% discount gets applied to BOTH the 'Click & Collect' side as well as the 'Delivery' side so it will show you the total as $436.62 (545.78 - (54.58 x 2)), however it is not possible to check out like this.
All items on an order have to use the same method. Either 'Click & Collect' everything or have everything marked for 'Delivery'. These options can't be mixed. You literally can't check out until they are all set the same. If you try you will be presented with the following message.
Thanks for choosing to shop online with Dick Smith. To update your order please select either Home Delivery or Click & Collect for all items on this order.
Once you make the required changes you will find that the 10% discount is only applied on one side bringing the actual total to $491.20

That waiting until 18th for stock would be for delivery shipments from the Dick Smith online store warehouse. If you're click and collecting you should get one straight away if the local store has the PS4 in stock.

You can come in and collect when you get the click & collect ready email once the local store processes the order and lays the item aside for you for collection if they have it in stock.

Just got the email to say that my order has been shipped.
Your order must have got placed over to a store which had it in stock. I'd say Click and Collect orders would be going through today too if the chosen store has it in stock.
Just picked up mine from a local store. Didn't get dicked around like the million times before.
I got White PS4 for $425 couple days ago. Secondhand but only 2 weeks old, with receipt from JB Hifi. Secondhand isn't too bad of an alternative when its practically brand new with receipt.
So much for no further discounts apply lol
