Aldi Liquor Leffe Radieuse $79.99, Blonde and Brune $59.99 Plus $7 Shipping Per Carton

90

I know that $79.99 plus $7 shipping doesn't sound cheap, but it is probably the cheapest this has ever been. The last time Radieuse was posted as on "special" here was 2011, and that was about $96 shipped…

Aldi Liquor are fast. I ordered a carton of this Friday and it turned up in Brisbane this morning.

  • Great price but shipping kills the deal

    • Yeah, but even with shipping that is way cheaper than elsewhere and previously available.

I would LOVE for Aldi to have another of their free shipping weekends :) Hopefully they will have one for Christmas, or "Summer" or something :)

  • How's the Radiuese? I managed to snag a carton of Leffe Tripel's for $65 thanks to a pricing error, and they have a lot more character than the blonde's. I'm curious to try the Rad's!

In all honesty I can't say I rate Blonde or Brune Leffe too high..

Go grab yourself a case of White Rabbit Dark Ale and support a great local beer.

White Rabbit Dark Ale. 4.9% alcohol. $71 per carton plus $7 shipping.
Leffe Radieuse. 8.3% alcohol. $79.99 per carton plus $7 shipping.

Not much of a price difference honestly.

That bargain White Rabbit Pale Ale posted earlier as $40 a carton is another thing altogether though!

Has anyone tried this? Dan Murphy is selling it for $10 per 6 pack (member only).

just did today, smell is good - fruity lychee smell. Taste wise a bit fruity but bitter after taste spoils the fruityness.not to my liking but you may enjoy

The Constable Squire is alright, but it's a mid strength and quite far removed from Leffe. The also-$10-full-strength White Rabbit Pale Ale is closer (but still quite different!) because it's a belgian style pale ale.
