Contagious network members are able to signup for a free copy of Uncharted 2 for the PS3.

You must be a member to signup. Expires 12pm midday 22/9/09.

    got the email too, looks like only Contagious members who own a PS3 get to enter this promo (makes sense)

    before registering to take part you must:

        Their facebook page mentions promo copies being given to the winners - I get plenty of promo copies of games through reviewing, and they're typically the real deal; that and I doubt the sequel would be small enough to fit on PSN (ie 1-2GB).

        Edit: PSN is probably just for the multiplayer side of things perhaps?

      basically they will send you promos via email from time to time (cinema tickets mainly I've found)

      You get the option to opt in to the promotion, if you're seeing a movie, they encourage you to spread the word usually via social networking sites but certainly not limited to. Use your imagination!

      You fill out a survey after seeing the movie and then send in your example of how you have spread the word.

      its not spam..they send you out invites to things etc…I went to the Bruno Premiere in Syd..it was awesome, won't be getting this one though..no ps3 here.. lol

      No.

      You have to first be confirmed as a member of Contagious.

      Membership is not automatic, and not for everyone.

      They have internal, hidden criteria for membership that you will never find out.

      hopefully this is a hard copy because i dont want to download this :S

      also i wonder why would they be givin this for free since shops will be selling these for about 90 bucks, prolly selling our info :P

      Vision 6 are an email marketing/metrics company based in Brisbane. I am taking an educated guess that Conatagious Network use their services for emailing their promotions to their member database. http://www.vision6.com.au/

    I think these are just the online beta keys which are being given away by the hundreds of thousands all over the net. I don't think it's a copy of the full game, merely the online multiplayer segment of it.

      So yes, you do get a full copy.. and as they ask for your address at the sign up page, they will most likely be sending them via Aus Post.

      Can't wait!! I've been on both instances for the multiplayer beta testing for Uncharted 2 and its really fun.

    Guys I think you should've been a Contagious member and whilst signing up should've checked the box suggesting you own a ps3.

    I think once you satisfy those requirements, you register with the contagious network (at the link you got in the email). I dont think this is for new signups unfortunately.

    I work at the contagious network and we just wanted to clear up a couple of things so that all Oz Bargains members understand the network and how it works:
    • membership is 100% free

    • we NEVER spam anyone about anything! Period!

    • we’re not selling your information to anyone, its immoral and probably illegal. If you check out our website you will better understand what the network is all about (and please also feel free to check out our terms and conditions)

    • if you are invited to take part in a promo and you choose to opt in you will receive a free product from us.     So guys unfortunately signing up to contagious now and filling in the application form at Vision 6 (this is our email management system) doesn't automatically qualify you to be able to take part in the PS3 promo. You do have to be invited!

    We do though encourage you to sign up to the network so that you have the opportunity to be invited to take part in future promos. We have lots and lots of members that have come from OZ Bargains who are fantastic active members. They have received some great benefits and opportunities by being contagious.

    Good stuff Contagious! You do have to be invited though. Otherwise you're not guaranteed a copy of UNCHARTED 2. Can't wait for the game to find it's way to me. I enjoyed the first Uncharted, and seeing it's the Best E3 game this year, I'm definitely gonna enjoy this one. I'd be happy to do some free promotion :-)

    Just got an email from Contagious saying that even though I wasn't selected in their initial group, I've still made it in for the promotion so they'll be sending out my copy between the 9th-23rd october!!

        It goes on to say "we have accepted your application".

        My sister received the same email. We live at the same address. We told them to remove one of us from the promo.

    Incorrect description/criteria on the bargain description - got a mail saying I was not invited!

    " you weren't sent an email invite to take part in this promo which makes you ineligible. you see - you can only register for a promo if you have been sent an email inviting you to take part"
