  If you need to wait on hold with your bank for an hour to ask about possible fraud then I think you should change banks. I've called CBA and GE Money in the last two weeks, hold time less than one minute.

  If you didn't make the transaction then call them up and report it.

  I see Dick Smith is mentioned there as using this system, not exactly sure what this company does though, hopefully this rings a bell.

      if you have been to a restaurant then it is alright. but if it was somebody else then you'll get screwed again.
