  • Probably nationwide - got the same email and code for Brisbane.

This website "http://www.secureparking.com.au" does not seem to recognise my existing email log on that I created a week or 2 ago and when I was trying to retrieve my password, it could not recognise my email address.

I had to look up the old deal and use the website contained within the deal which is "http://au.secure-a-spot.com/" to log in, it's all working fine on this site and I was able to retrieve my password and make my booking like I did a week ago.

    • Yep, the logins on those two sites are two different accounts. They did an upgrade of the secure-a-spot site a few months back, which I think resulted in existing users of the secureparking site having to create a new account. And because of this inconvenience, they credited existing users with $5 (I know because I was one of them).

So now, I'm not quite sure what the point of having an account on the www.secureparking.com.au site is, because when you actually want to book a carpark spot, you are taken to the au.secure-a-spot.com domain.

      • agree, that drove me insane! I had to call head office for the right link, and they credited my account with the full fare i paid the night before. I think they need to fix that!
