Pre-Paid Reloadable Credit Cards

I'm thinking about giving my kids pocket money via Pre-Paid Reloadable Credit Cards. Any thoughts on which ones have low/no fees? or should I just give them cash? Thanks.

Also, how much pocket money should kids get?

    Get one from Auspost they are free to top up and I think monthly transaction fee is capped at. 99cents
    Use your ING card to top it up and save 3.99%
    Better than cash, I think they should have no more than 100 bucks/month. Higher if they are older and depends what they need it for

      Does this actually work? (Using ING card). Why 3.99%? Is this by using paypass?

        Yeah works with paypass
        Considering 5% off 99 and -.99c for the transaction per month, considering you top up once a month

          So you've tried this? There was another thread recently where people were mostly agreeing that this wouldn't work, although i dont think anyone had actually tried it.
