Shadow of Mordor (STEAM KEY) - USD $27.52 @Thebluedroid.com

110

Figured I have been watching this site for quite a while and it was time to offer back. The blue droid are currently selling Steam Keys to Shadow of Mordor for $27.52. The cheapest I have seen anywhere, so far.

The blue droid always have amazing deals and are one of the best companies I have dealt with when it comes to emailing. You need to sign up for an account but it's worth it.

Good ole Morder. Home of Souran.

    • Yeah, just noticed it then. Trying to do this with work and didn't notice it. Don't know why I wrote it like that. fixed, though.

I had assumed you were a non-English speaking spam bot. But here you are, understanding my joke and talking normally. And that's actually a decent price.

I've never heard of thebluedroid - have you used them before? If so, for how long?

I've been with them now for a few weeks. I picked up The skyrim pack for $10 and after I sent them an email saying thanks for the great deal and quick service, they sent me a code for a further discount on my next purchase.

I'm normally hesitant on "cheap steam keys" but these guys are good and even offered an explanation on why they are so cheap, when I asked.

          @bambam299:
          What was their explanation?
          They sell russian keys?

        • @daleeb:

          Hi Daleeb,

These keys are purchased directly from the official distributor in Russia. They are also region free so you will not have any trouble activating the game through steam.

          Cheers,

  • This game has certainly come down in price. I'm still waiting for a slightly better deal as I'm told it's the type of game you finish over a weekend.

    • Really? I'm 12 hours in and am not at at close to finishing. It's hard to complete the main story without doing the side quests as well for XP and Miridian.

      • These days I *never pre-order, I just wait for the release and read the reviews or watch the Youtube gameplay. Most everyone has said the game was horrendously short and knocked over within 30-40 hours, even doing all the side quests. There's no doubt it's a beautiful game, just appears to be 25% complete so they can sell the other 75% as DLC.

*except rare circumstances like The Witcher 3, which I've bought 4 copies of :)

        • I spent about 50 hours in it and completed the game 100%. I certainly wouldn't call it horrendously short. It's the kind of game that lends itself to building your own personal stories with the whole 'nemesis' system thing. And it didn't feel incomplete either. Of course, if you're just not that keen then there's nothing wrong with waiting for the price to drop more, but if the only reason you're avoiding it is that you're worried it feels incomplete, I'd bet you'd be pleasantly surprised.

        • @Hershall Von Studley: I have been concerned about the game play time vs. the cost, even 50 hours seems a little short to me, however I try to keep an open mind and thank you for your info - I'd certainly like to try the game.

Problem with games these days is most leave me feeling disappointed, and I'm not sure whether it's the hype bubble bursting or the game itself.

  • not much of a difference but ended up being $31.23AUD

  • Thanks bambam. Has anyone else tried this or had experience with Blue Droid before? I'm always a little nervous about these Steam Key sites.

Fair enough. General OzBargain feedback certainly does seem good. Thanks Droidy.
