  Nope, was looking on Amazon… Sais you need a US billing address, too.

    That is just for purchasing, and then you just need to put in an address for a US hotel or McDonalds etc, most CD keys are region free, I picked up GTA4, L.A. Noire, and Max Payne 3 a year or so ago and had no problems.

    Out of ~70 games I have purchased on Amazon the only key I have had that didn't work was Inversion.
