    So the Taj Blue then :)

    Nice hotel, good high tea, great cocktails! Awesome restaurants at the doorstep a la China Doll, Otto, Akis etc.

    Note hotel has been sold so after 1 November it won't be a Taj anymore - the new owners are Ovolo group.

    Hmmm Stayed at Taj Blue last month. Whilst it may have once been 5 star it has unfortunately started to show it's age. The rooms are unique, but dated with furnishings and finishes (on walls, ceilings, bathroom etc) all showing signs of wear and tear. That aside, the location is fantastic during the day, but at night across the road behind the pubs and shops, there is housing commission homes with some unsavoury characters.
