We have a team of developers and a network admin ready to assist and support our customers with any issues. We're a digital agency so if you run into any issues, if you need any development or design work done you can come directly to us.
What this doesn't include:
- Migration of your website from your current host (if applicable)
- Transfers of emails or storage

Which is it? Actually, doesn't matter there are heaps of cheaper, reliable and longer-term alternatives out there. 9web have unlimited plans from $2/mth (normal price but they also run regular specials on OzBargain for half price). I have 18 websites hosted with 9web and have had zero problems. They run off Zuver/VentraIP infrastructure so very reliable. Hell, even Zuver direct is less than half the price you are charging.
Sorry rep, I just don't think you have a good deal here.
