I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience - If the items have not arrived with you within a reasonable time frame you are entitled to a refund.

To be fair, you got to give them time, up to 2 months including weekends. From my experience, I sent a couple of things oversea before (to friend/relative). After 1 month I called Australia Post, they refused to deal with me, they say it could take up to 2 months before they will investigate. Well, eventually it turned up, just abit under 2 months. For this case, I think the business would fall in such circumstances.
how loose is a "loose" fit?
i usually like a slimmer fit, like the ben sherman polos. how do these compare?
It depends on the size you order really - Having some of these polos myself I would classify them as a more athletic fit as the arms are more fitted.
Further to my previous comment I have been advised that the sizing of these polos is very similar to Ben Sherman as they were in fact used in production research for these polos.
so that means slim fit. why say Loose when it actually isnt.

i ordered the medium last deal they posted. they seem to be of a good quality but they are definitely slimmer fit. im a shade under 6 foot and 84kgs pretty fit build and they were good around the body but too tight around my arms. hope this helps.
When can I get my polos, if I buy them tonight?

I think the sky blue one might be - There are other chambray collar polos available in all sizes though like the black or white etc.
Nice quality polos for bargain price. Much better than most polos u buy which only seem to be made to last a season or 2 before they fall apart. These are well made and like the cotton which is a bit thicker.
Rep: Does the arm hole go up significantly on the Large size? Body fits fine into these mediums but arms don't, just want to check before ordering. Cheers mate.
As far as I am aware it will be a minimal increase as the arms are designed to be fitted for an athletic look.
I have to say I had a bad service experience with these guys the last time I made an order (Shipment #1710001844 for Order #5710001936). Basically I ordered two sweaters, they did not arrive. I contacted them via email and received this response:
"Hi,
I am very sorry to hear that your items have not arrived promptly after such a period. Your item(s) were dispatched on, 16/AUG/14. For items shipped to Australia, it can take anywhere from 25 to 45 working days to receive your items. This final estimate is based on our previous customers’ experiences from your region, after which we can assume the items are lost in the mailing system.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them. Check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox; contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
If this period passes we will kindly offer to give a full refund or re-send the item. Again, I apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused. I thank you in advance for your patience and co-operation throughout.

I sent two more emails to them to let them know that I had checked for the parcel with no luck and requested a refund.
Did not hear from them at all, did not receive an email back, nor a refund.
