Another silly price on a good camera. It looks like these cameras are headed into round 2 or liquidation from Fuji.

  Is there any stock? The website says check stock, unlike the body only where it shows it's in stock. Doesn't sound like they have the 10 minumum to qualify as a deal.

    This is a soft kit (ie they put it together in store) so it is highly likely that there is stock as both the body only (black) and the 18mm lens is in stock (was when I posted the deal).

      The 18mm lens may be the problem as it says check stock. Hopefully it's in stock for those that want one.

        I hope so….I do know that there have been some bulk buy deals on that lens and some dealers have lots of them….maybe they are waiting on a shipment (being positive)

    CSC, ILC, EVIL whatever you want to call it. I get the feeling that CSC (Compact System Camera), ILC (Interchangeable Lens Camera) or simply "Mirrorless" are being widely used. My favourite is still EVIL (Electronic Viewfinder Interchangeable Lens).

    4/3 or M4/3 refers to the sensor format (2x crop) that Olympus and Panasonic use (much like Full Frame/FX (1x crop), APS-C/DX is used to describe 1.5-1.6x crop cameras and CX/1" for the (2.7x crop))

  I think the kit with the 18-55mm for $550 is the better deal. Not ideal to only have an 18mm and the zoom lens is actually sharper at the same apertures.

    I suspect they will list the two items seperately with adjusted pricing on both items. Their website indicates that it will be available under the cashback so their invoice will be done in a format that will allow you to claim the cashback.

  Great prices! So if I get this and go overseas the TRS will have to be on the full price? $635 - 10% GST = $577.
  $435 paid - $58 TRS back = total cost $377!!
  Is that right?
