Hi All,

Mike here from MEElectronics. Recently I've been asked for a new promotion on our bestselling sports earphones. I promised to launch one this week, so here it is:

Sport-Fi M6 In-Ear Headphones: $12.99

Our best-seller for three years running, the M6 is everything you need in a sports earphone - secure fit, sweat resistance, and a fun, dynamic sound with enhanced bass. The noise isolating in-ear design sits flush in the ear and works under helmets. The earphones (sweat resistance included) are covered by our 1-year warranty. Quantities are limited on some colors.

Sport-Fi S6P In-Ear Headphones with mic/remote and universal sports armband: $23.99

The S6P is the complete workout package, offering all of the features of the M6 plus inline microphone, remote, and universal volume control (remote compatibility info here), touchscreen-compatible sports armband (fits phones with screens up to about 5"), and convenient modular cable system.

Coupon Code: OzBargainSportFi . All prices in USD. Promotion ends on October 22nd. Limit: 3 per order.

Our shipping charge for Australia is a flat $6 ($8.95, but the coupon code takes another $2.95 off). Delivery times are typically between 10 and 20 business days for standard shipping. Faster shipping methods are also available.

As always, I will gladly answer any questions as best I can in the comments below. I can also be contacted by private message or by email at mike(at)s2einc(dot)com .

All questions and comments are welcome!

Edit: just to clarify, the shipped price for 1 unit will be $19.99 ($13.99+$6) for the M6 and $29.99 ($23.99+$6) for the S6P.

Can't help you unless you bold the relevant information…

    • OZB party

  • Ooh i like the purple ones!

  • Been looking to buy these for a while.
Ended up going Ebay and buying from Meelec and getting bulk stock. $18 AUD delivered.
    Looking forward to trying them!

  • Damn, just bought a pair last week…

  • Shipping still seems to be $8.95 for me after applying the coupon. Is it working for everyone else?

    • Coupon takes $2.95 off the total (it shows up next to the other coupons). Shipping still shows $8.95. $8.95 - $2.95 = $6 :)

      • This is what I'm seeing for the S6P (through paypal checkout)

        Subtotal:
        $23.99
        Shipping & Handling:
        $8.95
        Tax:
        $0.00
        $32.94

Unless you mean the $11 discount includes the shipping discount?

        • No, it should be $29.99 delivered for 1 unit of the S6P. Can you delete from cart and re-add the item and the coupon code?

        • @mikemeelec:
I just tried again and it's working now. Order placed! Thanks.

        • @Cam: Thanks for the confirmation - really appreciate it! Not sure what was going on - sorry for the confusion.

  • Could you please confirm the $6 flat fee? I am at the 'place order' stage of the transaction and Shipping & Handling is still $8.95

    • The coupon in the OP takes an additional $2.95 off the total for international shipping orders (it shows up next to the other coupons as a -$2.95 shipping discount). The shipping still shows as $8.95, which is normal. $8.95 - $2.95 = $6

      • Thanks for the reply. This is what I get when I set postage to Australia:

Sport-Fi® S6P Memory Wire In-Ear Headphones package with Microphone, Remote, Universal Volume Control, and Sports Armband (Red/Black) 1 $34.99
        $23.99 S6P for OzBargain [EP-SF6P-RDBK-MEE] 1 -$11.00
        Subtotal:
        $23.99
        Shipping & Handling:
        $8.95
        Tax:
        $0.00
        Total: $32.94

        • It should be $29.99 delivered for 1 unit of the S6P. Can you delete from cart and re-add the item and the coupon code?

  • Can you please do a deal on trhe Air-Fi® Metro2 AF72?

    • We're a little low on inventory for a promo but if you send me a private message or email I can price match our last deal for you, which was $20 off.

  • I just bought a pair of Sport-Fi M6 with the discount. Thanks! I hope they don't leak too much sound though.

    • Luckily there's virtually no sound leakage with closed-back in-ear earphones.

  • i have the M6 from a previous deal - excellent in ears which punch well above their price.

Rep would it be possible to order replacement tips for these? I lost my favourite tips while cleaning (the triple flange ones) but I'll just order another set of M6's if the tips alone are too exxy to get shipped.

    • We do have replacement tips - you can find them here: http://www.meelec.com/category_s/379.htm . I can extend the same $2.95 shipping discount to them as well - just PM or email me for a code. However, depending on how many you need and of which type, you're only be saving $10 or so off the sale price of a new unit.

  • When following all of the links I get the following message:
"An error has occurred. Please try your request again, or contact customer service for assistance. Thank you.
Please provide Reference #000000 if contacting customer service."

I'm wanting to buy a pair. I'm also curious if there is a way to convert these to something resembling an earbud rather than an in-ear design. I like the ME products but when doing some sports I don't want the level of isolation some in-ears have as I like to keep some level of awareness of my surroundings.

    • Sorry about that. The links seem to be working for me and we've been taking orders all weekend. Maybe a temporary glitch?

As for converting them to an earbud, it's definitely not recommended. Like other in-ear earphones the tuning of these relies on an airtight seal with your ear canal. If you try to use them like an earbud (i.e. without the eartips or with eartips that don't fit your ear canals properly, reducing isolation) you'll get a tinny, distant, bright sound that's more or less intolerable.

      • Thanks for the reply. The website was working and I managed to put through most of an order before getting a page that refused to load.

Now when I try to place an order again I am getting a message saying "This webpage is not available". Different browsers don't work either.

How hard is it to take my money?

        • Sorry about that - unfortunately I can't seem to replicate the issue. Just placed a few mock orders on different browsers. If you PM or email me I can just email you a paypal invoice and we can bypass the website entirely.

        • Thanks but I managed to get my order through. Looks like it's an intermittent problem that will always be hard to replicate. (Just my luck then).

        • @damnable: Sounds like that's the case. Thanks for putting in your order!

  • Just bought a pair. I really hope the claim "Never falls out" is true, otherwise I'll be seeking a refund.
