I had extra etickets for Above and beyond NYE for Sydney and decided to sell it on Ebay. I started it out at 0.99$ and eventually sold above cost price. Since it is an e ticket i cannot accept returns as the person could just copy the pdf and return the ticket, however i forgot to change the listing to no returns. The auction finished 3/10 and i have tried to get in contact with the person 2 times.

Should i just go through the steps through ebay with item not paid etc?
usually you would expect them to pay within 2 days, if they still havent paid, looks like they've dogged ya, i'd give bad feedback, and relist while you can. its nothing to do with 'no returns'.
I'd probably threaten them that your gonna do that, first. if you dont hear anything within another two days, i'd go ahead and report bad feedback etc, and put it up again
