  • should be minus 20 with the bonus20 code.

  • how's the UI? I've bought cheap TVs before and felt the pain of a totally unintuitive UI (e.g. left/right means OK despite there being a OK button which returned me to the menu)! Otherwise it seems like a good bargain.

I would hang off on this one, was $737 @ dse not long ago and it will be that price again soon no doubt

      • Thanks Trent.

  • Might be cheap enough to put in the man cave

  • darn I thought it was 20% not $20.

  • Was around $750 about 2 weeks ago.

  • +1

Good TV. Very basic. Hardly any UI. Very simple.
    Very basic inputs and outputs
Bone rare TV with hardly any functions besides it's led screen.
Basically a simple monitor with digital tuner
    Would recommend at this price
Won't find anything over 60inch for under 1000$

  • As a additional feature to this TV that they don't announce or even acknowledge, we bought one a few weeks ago, and the USB port on the side that's says for service only - ISN'T for service only.

Things you can do with the USB Port:

    • RECORD LIVE TV
    • Playback any number of formats, I don't know the limitations of it
    • There's functions for Video Movies and I believe Music as well

We tested the record function and it works pretty well, I don't know the limitation of the size of hard drive that can be connected but I would assume pretty high. I just had a 32gig Stick laying around so I tried that. It also only reads FAT32 drives, not NTFS.

    • I'm curious what happens if the recording exceeds the FAT32 file size limit.

Will it break the recording into 4GB segments or will it just stop recording once it hits the limit.

      • I assume it'll be split parts.

  • Does anyone know how to change the refresh rate for hdmi source.

Been playing around with all the settings and searching forums but can't find the option.

The refresh rate on a hdmi source is stuck on 60hz

And unable to change To 100hz

    Sony: motionflow
Samsung: cmr - clear motion rate

  • Seiki 65" TV jerky motion problems. Is anybody else experiencing image stuttering? It is more noticeably in full HD steady panning scenes like the opening sequences of the film Divergent. And I find it very off putting. I have tried a few input sources, some of the limited TV settings and different HDMI cables but cannot eliminate it. I continue to try different options/settings but I am concerned that it can/will not be overcome. I was pretty happy with the TV until I discovered this issue [grr].
