It's a shame they're not a little bigger, otherwise this would be fantastic (eg. 100lt). Do they have slightly bigger freezers?

I will go for the incontinence pads (to get a 3 year old dry at night, not for me!) and the blood pressure monitor, might also get my dad a $10 walking stick.
