None have the required Safety Compliance for importation, sale, supply, or installation. So, yes.
Also, if you compare against LEDs from legitimate suppliers/brands you will find that the claimed Lumens of these crap Chinese no-names are NOT what is claimed. PLUS if you have failures (which you will) you can't return for a replacement/refund (it is not economical to pack and ship to China). With a local supplier - such as ALDI - one can return them to the store. However, ALDI's quality control with their local (Australian) LED supplier is excellent. No problems so far with my purchases.
I agree, i bought 4 of the LED from a ebay seller from a previous deal, 2 of those are gone in couple months. It's work on $4 a bulb from ALDI + peace of mind.
