Your phone is faster. The AMD E1 is slower than an Atom. It doesn't even scrape the bottom of the barrel. Glacial slow. Pick something up from MSY instead. If you want it reasonably snappy make sure its an mobile i3 minimum with 4GB RAM, Ivy Bridge arch or higher. An SSD upgrade would also be a good choice.
