No offense but this doesn't seem like a great deal to me. 6gb of ddr3 1600mhz with the same timings can be bought for around $175 at my local PC fair.
Besides that, most i7 and (i assume) i5 motherboards actually make use of whole triple channel memory thing and have 6 dimms. And most p45 motherboards wouldn't need the 1600mhz.
i heard a rumor a while back somewhere that 4gb sticks will be released soon anyways.
