      was thinking the same thing.
If you're looking for a book about building confidence for women, you're already starting out on a bad foot. If you can look past gender, race, religion, etc - you'll be a much happier individual. The minute you compare yourself to others, you'll almost certainly make yourself unhappy.
Btw, I recognise there are physical differences between the sexes, and to some degree there are psychological differences … But you can't lump all women as thinking the same, any more than you can say all men think the same.

    • Would be nice to be able to edit Kindle books.

Wanting to be noticed by people is not exactly a good reason to want to be confident. Nor do I think that should be the selling point of 'how to be confident' - it's as if you're suggesting that's the definition of confidence and basis for it.

Being self confident should only matter to yourself. It is not validated or proven by "being noticed" by everyone in the room (groan).

But free pop psychology is free, I suppose :P

    1. Stop reading women's magazines full of photos of models and actresses who could never look like that in real life.
