More than 50 Habits That Will Help You to Get The Most Out of Life. 4.9 out of 5 Stars – save US $4.99.

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." — Aristotle

Contrary to popular belief, success is not innate in a sense that there are only a few people destined to succeed. Successful entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors, painters, and others are also just humans—they also feel exhaustion, laziness, anxiety, etc…

But what separates a successful person from an unsuccessful one?

A lot of people think that success can only be achieved through huge action and big decisions. Right? Nope. Think about it this way: Your life consists mostly of small actions, thoughts, and decisions. And guess what? There’s often a strong correlation between unsuccessful people and their perception on small actions, thoughts, and decisions?

The answer? Habits!

Habits dictate what you can do. Habits basically engrave thoughts into your subconscious mind. Just as repetition improves memory, habits improve lifestyles.

The problem: creating new habits—especially good ones—can be particularly difficult. The brain resists changes, and since most good habits often require you to step ouf of your comfort zone, your brain will come up with all sorts of excuses and in the end you’ll stick with your routine.

The good news? Once you get through the initial roadblocks, it eventually becomes easier.

Long story short: The importance of habits can’t be stated enough, and in this book you will discover more than 50 habits that will help you to get the most out of life (let's just call them Power Habits). Including:

*Power Habits that will help you to get you in the habit of being a doer.
*Power Habits that will help you to become a better person.
*Power Habits that will help you to improve your health and fitness.
*Power Habits that will help you to increase your productivity.
*Power Habits that will help you to have a better everyday life.

The first habit I need to develop is to read these ebooks that I download for free.

    • ;-P yup. Easier to read on eInk screens, no glare. So get an ereader. DSE had the Kindle 4 last week for $79 (RRP$99) but with $20 off for purchases over $99 is made it just under $70 depending on what else you bought.

Another OzBer mentioned some eBay deal recently.

I know it's OzBargain heresy, maybe the habit we need to change is just download less - only the ones we want to read. But I'm sure we are aware of that.

The books are free for a reason - usually as a marketing strategy or that's all its worth. Benefits are you save time finding, getting & thinking about all those eBooks, can find a good read easier from a smaller select library, and possibly lowers stress.

I still can't help myself when I see free here (like this deal), but I've never read more than a few pages of over 100 eBooks I've downloaded.

It's like the pile of TV recordings I never got around to watching - on VHS tapes 10 years ago ;-) I always said I would watch them one day. But the pile just got bigger!

"The books are free for a reason - usually as a marketing strategy"

Yep. For this ebook, note the 5 star reviews from all reviewers in a short amount of time. And if you dig into the reviewer profiles, they appear to love reviewing free ebooks, and giving them all 5 stars. All fake.

      • over 100 eBooks I've downloaded -BrucefromAustralia- how and where do you store them, as they eat my W̶o̶r̶d̶s̶ Storage on tablet.

      • I know it's OzBargain heresy, maybe the habit we need to change is just download less - only the ones we want to read.

That's what I already do. But I still don't read them due to the sheer number of them and a lot of them filling the same purpose, and not knowing which one is best.

Amazon is now well and truly cracking down on "pretend" US relocation to get free ebooks… so here's the Australian-site link for this one:
